How To: Mexican Sizzling Beef
How to make Mexican sizzling beef:
- First lightly oil your pan with veggie oil.
- Add onions and peppers of choice.
- Let them sweat.
- Next add your meat you can use anything (chicken pork this would be great with sausage) I choose beef strips.
- Let the beef get brown on the outside.
- Then add you seasoning im using Maggi Sizzling Mexican Beef mix.
- Now you can add frozen veggie of your choice I chose runner bean or (sliced green beans) even though the recipe calls for corn.
- Next you can stir and let the mixture simmer until the meat is cooked through and veggies are to your liking.
Why I like this dish it is versatile you can use any meat of
your choice or even go vegetarian if you like. It can be pared with you starch
of choice rice (brown rice for us health freaks) or topped on whole wheat bread
or tortilla wraps. The options are endless.
